COVID-19 Response

 

This is where you can find the latest information relating to our response to COVID-19, at this time there are no confirmed cases at our property. This is a fast moving situation and we are monitoring developments daily. We are following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and public health officials and are partnering with our residents, team members, and community to help slow the spread of the virus.

Cleaning and Disinfecting

Our teams are continuing to maintain a frequent enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocol focusing on high traffic and touch areas. Hand sanitizing stations are installed in the main lobby and first floor elevator lobbies.  

Face Coverings

Along with our team members, we ask that residents and visitors always wear a mask in all common areas and amenity spaces. Plastic barriers are also installed at each team member desk.  

Social Distancing

Our team members practice social distancing by maintaining at least six feet between ourselves and others. We ask that residents and visitors always practice social distancing in all common areas and amenity spaces. To reduce in-person contact, team member requests can always be made via phone, email, or our resident portal.

We offer a variety of options for touring while still providing the real-time information and experience necessary to choose your next home including touchless in-person tours, self-guided tours or a live virtual tour hosted by one of our team members. "...During this pandemic, I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised that the staff took action so quickly to send out emails and put up signs regarding social distancing recommendations AND to install hand sanitizer stations in the lobby. I see maintenance staff refilling those hand sanitizer dispensers almost every single day and I'm honestly so glad to have them always available during this time of shortage. Elevator buttons, door handles, call boxes, pretty much every single thing you might touch gets sanitized on a regular and very frequent basis. Honestly, it just feels like the Century staff really care and I'm so glad to have found such a nice place to call home.
